"The Vaportek units (and air scrubbers) are your only option on a smoke damage job in an occupied structure. The new cartridges and membranes designed for protein fire odors are fantastic! On smoke damage jobs, we set up the Vaportek upon our arrival. This immediately provides an initial 'good' smell customers appreciate and comment on. My favorite recurring comment is 'You've only been here five minutes, and it already smells like you're making progress!' Throughout the job, these units absorb, modify and deodorize 'bad' odors, making the work environment MUCH more pleasant for everyone. After the job, we offer to leave Standalone Cartridges or the [EZ Twists], which have so far eliminated call backs due to 'psychological' or imagined odor.
